Catarina de la Cruz (38), Gabriela (4), Adriana (8) and Benito (3) moved to Ensenada from Guerrero hoping for a better life for her family. Her husband abandoned the family forcing Catarina to place her two youngest daughters in state care because their home was unsafe. With a new home that provides safety and warmth, her young daughters will now be able to live with her again. She also has a water tower giving her a water source inside her new home.
